supplies the finest Italian fresh pasta available in the UK to fine food shops, farmshops and food halls; pre-packed or to sell loose from the serve-over counter.

- Shelf-life: minimum two weeks shelf life for the Premium filled
pasta and three weeks for the Everyday filled pasta.
Our award-winning Premium range of fresh pasta is made by hand in Italy using “00” flour and free range egg (20% min), and the most exquisite ingredients for the fillings, using traditional methods of production.
We have also developed a new range of fresh pasta full of flavour to enjoy every day with the family.
